OOTD

Breakin out some closet oldies. I'm starting to feel that winter blahhhh. Where you want to dress like a normal person, but it's too cold to wear anything you like. Agh. That plus the fact that you have a little extra winter fluff not accentuated well by layers. This is my life lately. No motivation/tired/blahs.  So it took me a long time and a big mess to make this happen :)
Top - old, Miley Cyrus Walmart line
Vest - Forever 21
Necklace - eBay (Stella dot)
Rings - Target
Jeans - AE
Boots - Modcloth

Diggin this necklace bc the colors go so awesome with the feather top. Would be cooler if I would have added a little gold tone flare, but again....low motivation.
3 rings do not fit on my stubby fingers. So why not offset. Is this a thing? I don't know, but I'm making it one.
My trusty old pleather studded vest. Love this thing. So easy to throw on and add shape to an outfit that just isn't quite kickin it.
My favorite and least favorite boots at the same time....love the look/color/detailing, but really modcloth could you have made a cheaper boot. I had to go to michaels and get a couple shades of craft paint to patch up spots that have already worn off. These are only a couple months old. Not to mention that I need to take them to a shoe shop and get rubber heels out on. The heals are plastic?!? Yes, I believe I slipped trying to get out of my car when there was no ice in sight. Embarrassing!! Come on people, a thin rubberized coating couldn't have driven the cost up that much. <rant over>
Simple makeup. Slight rosy cheek, pale pink lip (for the pic bc for some reason lip gloss is too high maintenance for me) neutral tone eye.
That was my Wednesday! Now back to sweats and no face today because I'm going to be using all the motivation I have to clean the house for a good friend arriving tomorrow evening. Can't wait!
